Movie Night
Every month Mpowerment presents a series of movies that relates to the Latino Gay community followed by a discussion. Pop corn and drinks are offered.
Latin Culture
Periodically, Mpowerment holds this social event where the tradition and history of a particular Latin country is presented (folk, typical costumes, typical food, and dance). This activity is organized by Mpowerment members who belong to the featured country.
Mr. Latino D
On April, David Weiberlen from Paraguay was chosen as Mr. D in a very competitive pageant contest. He will represent Mpowerment in the campaign “Sex safe is fun.” Keep an eye in the next year Mr. Latino D.
